Medica’s Senior Data Analyst will be at the forefront of analyzing and interpreting digital data across all digital touchpoints as well as managing the configuration of campaign marketing data.

Our Analyst’s expertise in data analytics will be crucial in fusing data from various sources, deriving actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes, and utilizing their advanced skills in Business Intelligence tools to create and maintain interactive dashboards, providing key stakeholders with clear and impactful data visualizations and analyses. Additionally, they will manage tagging to ensure accurate data tracking and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product management, to align data strategies with business goals.

This role also involves supporting customer data modeling and integration, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, data-driven professional with a passion for improving user experiences and optimizing digital strategies to support Medica's mission.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Proven expertise in analyzing and interpreting data from online platforms (websites, mobile apps) and other customer touchpoints (e.g., email, SMS, call center data) including tracking user behavior, engagement metrics, and conversion analysis
  • Working knowledge of server-side tag management and web analytics platforms, including tagging and tracking methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau (preferred), Power BI, and Looker Studio, with experience in self-service analytics and dashboard creation
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and techniques such as regression analysis and hypothesis testing
  • Experience in customer data modeling and integration support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Preferred Skills and Experience Include (however not required):

  • Experience developing pipelines and integrations to ingest, automate and export data
  • Experience with healthcare data standards and regulations, including HIPAA and HL7
  • Experience with Tealium for tag management, data orchestration, and integrating customer data across various platforms to enhance data-driven strategies
  • SQL skills for querying, manipulating, and extracting data
  • Proficiency in BigQuery for data storage, management, and analysis
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization

This position is a Remote role. The employee must be located in any state in which Medica is an employer and will work remotely 100% of the time.

The full salary range for this position is $85,000 - $145,700. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
