Requirements:

• Fluency in German: Native or advanced fluency in German is mandatory.

• Experience in coordinating and managing the collection of necessary documents from new employees.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations during the document collection process.
• Ability to provide effective communication training to new team members.
