Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented USA Tax Associate with a strong background in US tax regulations, particularly in payroll tax. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrate a high level of customer service proficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with tax preparation, filing, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to federal and state tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file federal, state, and local payroll tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with US tax laws and regulations, with a focus on payroll taxes.
• Provide guidance on payroll tax issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of tax-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of other tax-related filings as needed.
