As a Commercial Data Analyst at Anyline, you are the go-to person when it comes to answering complex questions using numbers and facts. Through your analyses and reports, you help our Commercial Teams make well-informed decisions, making their daily work easier.
What you will do
- Design and maintain tailored Data Services for our Commercial Department by extracting, transforming and consolidating raw data into actionable business insights.
- Collaborate on interface building for commercial report generation.
- Use technical mastery to stay on top of benchmarks and provide context for performance and analyze, monitor, and proactively inform about deviations from plan.
- You will manage our data integrity requirements, outsource key implementation tasks to partners, and streamline our processes to save time and resources.
- Within the organization you will be a key contributor to data insights by:
- ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry regulations and company data policies.
- taking over end-to-end responsibility for ensuring the agility of the organization by enabling faster, more data-driven decision making.
- enabling departments to make data-driven decisions by collaborating with internal stakeholders to structure, visualize, and interpret business-critical data.
- Preferably two years of relevant experience in data analytics/business intelligence.
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Experience with visualization tools, ideally Tableau.
- Fluency with enterprise sales tools like Salesforce and other CRM.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for technology, data, and efficient sales cycles management as well as analytical and reporting skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English - any additional languages are a plus.
- Understanding of SaaS sales environments and processes.
- Experience as a Salesforece Administrator.
- Understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred.
- C1-level German.
