- Lead the management, purchase, and shipment of blind samples for dietary supplement products certified across the INFORMED Programs
- Ensure timely purchasing and testing of blind samples in accordance with program requirements
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and support credit card reconciliation
- Coordinate with internal teams for the shipping of blind samples from various purchasing territories
- Conduct Member Reviews and resolve non-compliance issues related to blind purchases or Member Reviews
- High School Diploma is required
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask on multiple projects
- Good interpersonal communication skills for collaboration across diverse groups
- Organized with acute attention to detail
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and databases
- Commercial awareness (desirable, not essential)
