Sr. UX Product Designer
Consumer Product Design Experience

Remote (CST Hours)
Must Have:
5+ years in cross-platform and cross-device product design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects that focus on user-centered design solutions and demonstrate high-caliber designs end to end.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (including prototyping).
Strong visual skills portfolio should demonstrate both interaction and visual design skills.
Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture.
Knowledge of design guidelines, best practices, and platform-specific design considerations for native mobile, desktop and web.
Experience working in Agile development environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
Passionate about keeping up with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry advancements.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and their implementation across platforms and devices.
Passionate about solving human problems with empathy, creativity, and pragmatism.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and strategically adept.
