- Take ownership of customer interactions to enhance service satisfaction and brand value
- Demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, restaurant, or related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong empathy for customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English to enhance customer relationships
- Experience working in a Windows-based computer environment
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in team settings
