Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Increase user acquisition and retention through creative and data-driven approaches.
• Analyze User Behavior Data: Identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
• A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to enhance conversion rates.
• Manage Paid Acquisition Channels: Optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering Teams: Implement growth initiatives in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor Key Performance Metrics: Track and report on the success of growth experiments.
• Explore New Channels: Identify and test new potential user acquisition channels.
• Contribute to SEO Efforts: Work on strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in growth hacking or digital marketing, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Proven track record of driving growth and achieving KPIs.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
