The Role
This role is a caretaker for the IT needs of remote team members. You will need to deal with normal IT routine processes, including with broken laptops, missing accesses & credentials, and onboarding follow-ups, with a focus on the security of our employees and their devices. We are looking for a highly motivated person with a passion for quality and safety in what they do.

The Role
This role is a caretaker for the IT needs of remote team members. You will need to deal with normal IT routine processes, including with broken laptops, missing accesses & credentials, and onboarding follow-ups, with a focus on the security of our employees and their devices. What You Will Be Doing
- Help with ordering and purchasing of hardware items: laptops, security keys mainly.
- Security Configuration of the hardware and software, including MDM, EDR, and other security software setup.
- Routing and distribution of the hardware items within the defined geographical area.
- Participation in On/Offboarding processes.
- User Access and License Management to several common systems
- Keeping the Guidelines and user instructions up to date
- Route incoming IT-related requests to the appropriate teamperson
- Helping colleagues with troubleshooting if something breaks
- Contributing to security support and Ops projects
- Experience in IT for 2+ years
- Basic coding ability (language flexible)
- Customer success aptitude
- Understanding of the Workstation Security basics for Macs, Windows and Linux machines
- Good communication skills
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
