About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Compensation Learning and Enablement Lead to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to our incentive compensation policies, practices, and tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enabling employee success through effective learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deliver Training: Develop and deliver engaging training programs on incentive compensation plans and tools for revenue teams, managers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Create Learning Materials: Produce high-quality training materials, including presentations, guides, e-learning modules, and FAQs, to support understanding and engagement with compensation plans.
  • Facilitate Workshops and Webinars: Conduct workshops and webinars to educate employees on the mechanics of incentive compensation, plan changes, and best practices for maximizing earnings.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner across Revenue Operations, HR and Finance to ensure alignment and consistency in the communication of incentive compensation strategies and policies.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making continuous improvements to content and delivery.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in incentive compensation and employee enablement to enhance training offerings.
  • Support Change Management: Assist in change management efforts related to incentive compensation plan updates, ensuring clear communication and understanding across the organization.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of incentive compensation principles and practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively tailor messaging and present complex information to a wide range of audiences (from individual contributors to executives).
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style and content to cater to different audiences, building rapport and fostering collaboration with executives and team members at all levels, enabling cohesive understanding and driving alignment throughout the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex revenue processes, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in driving and delivering end to end processes with complex inputs, and deadlines in a fast paced environment
