OLLMOO is seeking a driven and dynamic IT Recruitment Consultant to join our talent team and focus on recruitment for technology roles.

The Role:


We are looking for a new key team member to help scale up our operations. Candidates in this role will lead the sourcing and screening of candidates for open IT/tech roles with our clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include running searches through our proprietary database of candidates and actively sourcing top talent for our clients. You will lead interviews with candidates across the globe and have client-facing responsibilities.


Other responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate candidates and make informed, reliable judgment calls to distinguish between good and great candidates
  • Deliver high-quality candidate briefs, maintaining short delivery times
  • Support candidates throughout client interviews, providing tailored interview preparation support
  • Participate in client meetings and serve as a subject-matter expert on the technology talent landscape
  • Serve as a mentor to community members, completing mentorship calls and providing one-on-one career support
  • Contribute to developing our services and strategy


You will be a key player on our small talent team, providing integral contributions in delivering exceptional client results and driving OLLMOO's growth. This position requires a high degree of role ownership, teamwork skills, and native/bilingual fluency in English .


We work remotely in the EMEA timezone and expect you to be available throughout core work hours. Our work culture is collaborative, friendly, and driven. This position requires only 4 days a week.


Requirements:

  • Native/bilingual English fluency
  • Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing and screening talent for technology roles; experience in the financial services sector is a plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software development, data engineering, informatics
  • Understanding of technology industries and previous exposure to key clients in the sector
  • Ability to present effectively to C-suite clients
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects independently, shaping processes and taking ownership of your work
  • A high degree of cultural versatility
  • Exceptional communication skills and advanced fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Great writing skills and ability to deliver under deadlines
  • Self-starting team player, flexible, driven and focused on high-quality client service. Will thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving and non-hierarchical culture
