Mission
Your mission is supporting and enhancing product infrastructure, improving the stability and reliability of our systems, expanding monitoring and alerting systems, load balancing, and scaling.
Outcomes
- Keep production and testing environments up and running
- Deploy new services
- Support and evolve monitoring/logging systems
- Improve main website SEO metrics (loading speed, caching)
- Experience in building, managing, and diagnosing distributed networks
- Solid understanding of container-based technologies and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), ability to deploy and manage them (directly or by using Helm Charts)
- Good knowledge of Clouds (AWS is preferable), ability to maintain the production environment
- DB administration (MongoDB, Postgres)
- Experience in Gitlab CI
- Experience in using configuration management tools and understanding of IaC tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, etc.)
- Linux/Unix Sysadmin skills
- Being able to set up VM, Prometheus, Grafana and use them
- Upper-Intermediate English and Russian: both written and spoken
- Readiness to work in a highly intense startup environment, requiring extreme focus, a sense of urgency, and persistence to break through
- Integrity, full commitment, and a strong sense of ownership

- Geo-distributed MongoDB sharded cluster for dozens of servers, also some PostgreSQL here and there.
- Elasticsearch cluster, indices for several billions of documents.
- ELK (EFK) for log collection, Victoria Metrics, Prometheus, and Grafana for metrics and monitoring.
