Title: UX Designer (12 Openings+)

Location: 100% remote and flexible on time zone. If they are in PST they would need to be flexible to shifting their hours earlier

Must Haves:

• 3-5+ years of experience
• Must have ability/experience with light research
• Understand the research process as they work to design
• Professionally facing enterprise software
• Figma
• They need to be highly experienced here. They do not have time/bandwidth to teach them auto layout.
• Strong communication skills
• Confidence in presenting your work
• Self-starter, able to handle work stream effectively
• Experience working directly with development and understand where developers are coming from
  
  

Plus:

• Previous work at a Fintech company
• Previous work at a Healthtech company
• Previous work on any employee or colleague facing interfaces
• Previous work in a start up could be helpful – typically would be more comfortable with ambiguity and scrappy
• Manager values experience/skill and drive/tenacity over education level
  
  

Day to day:

• Primarily going to be supporting 3 projects
• Modernization efforts and possibly additional net new initiatives
• They will participate in design collabs with the rest of the team
• They will partner and work closely with development
• Participate in design reviews
• Helping be a part of features refinement
• They will learn a lot of industry terminology
