The Organizational Development will leverage expertise in DiSC to spearhead key organizational development initiatives surrounding the new employee experience for newly onboarded resources.

Position Description:
The Organizational Development will leverage expertise in DiSC to spearhead key organizational development initiatives surrounding the new employee experience for newly onboarded resources.
What You ll Get to Do:
- Provide development coaching for improved performance by establishing rapport with leaders.
- Manage the new employee program to ensure quality of orientation for new hires.
- Facilitate various training programs across the organization.
- Assist in creating and managing a formal mentoring program across the organization, including assigning mentors and mentees
- Create and maintain an onboarding mentor program to assist with new hire assimilation to the organization and their individual team/department.
- Assess associate career aspirations and make recommendations for development or growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify development gaps and recommend the best approach to close identified gaps.
- Maintain Orientation/Onboarding site and tools through collaboration with Human Resource Generalists, leaders, and other business owners.
- Conduct regular touchpoint meetings with all new hires as part of their introductory period.
- Partner with instructional designer and/or instructional technologist to update learning assets.
- 3 -5 years of experience facilitating learning events (classroom, asynchronous, blended).
- 2 years as part of a learning solutions team or equivalent.
- 2 years of coaching experience.
- At least 1 year creating presentation materials.
- 1-2 years of experience with conducting needs analysis.
- Active DiSC Certification is required for this role.
- Ability to keep others engaged in a classroom/virtual setting and develop rapport with groups of people within a classroom or virtual setting.
- Experience using various methods to convey concepts and presents ideas effectively in oral and written communications.
- Strong customer focus.
- Demonstrated coaching skills/experience to improve performance and/or behavior change.
- Ability to build trust with people.
- Basic business knowledge and protocol.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with others.
- Willingness to be adaptable to changing work priorities.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
