- Proven experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting lifecycle processes
- Strong analytical skills to determine system functionality and impacts of changes
- Excellent communication skills across various platforms, including email and video conferencing
- Experience with enterprise technology release planning and deployment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in supporting teams using Workday or similar enterprise technology
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement in a technology setting
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
