You will facilitate and support your team to ensure they provide excellent technical services in landscape management, building conservation and mechanical and electrical maintenance of sites across the East of England, including support for the London team. Helping support the team with a wide range of different workstreams and initiatives. You will have a passion for working with others and enjoy being a part of a busy team. As a confident communicator, you will be comfortable building rapport with Senior Managers, Team Managers, Technical specialists and External Contractors using your organisational skills to provide exceptional service at all times.There is flexibility around where this role is located, you could be based at Wrest Park, or hybrid working from home, with the opportunity to visit various sties with the team.What's more, as part of our charity bringing history to life, you'll be supported and encouraged to share your ideas, inspire others and make a difference to the way England's rich past is experienced.As our Business Support Assistant you will provide a flexible and responsive support service across a wide variety of tasks and work processes. You will provide a full range of administrative support to the London and East Estates Team, including setting up meetings, circulating meeting papers, taking minutes, organising site visits for EH and non EH staff, and producing spread sheets and collating information.To be considered as a Business Support Assistant, you will need:-Able to multi-task, manage own workload and priorities accordingly to meet deadlines in a fast-past changing environment.-Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.-Experienced in minute taking.-Advanced knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite.As a natural problem solver you will seek to use your initiative to overcome practical issues that come up as part of working in a busy, but remotely working team.
