About The Role
We are seeking a working student to join our End Support Services Team at Planet in Berlin. The ideal candidate will have a mix of curiosity, passion, and be results-driven.
You will gain first-hand experience at the cutting edge of IT operations practices for a high-growth global technology company. This is a user facing role and therefore it requires strong interpersonal skills and on-site presence in our Berlin office.

About The Role
We are seeking a working student to join our End Support Services Team at Planet in Berlin. The ideal candidate will have a mix of curiosity, passion, and be results-driven.

Impact You’ll Own
- Provide first-level IT support for our users, which includes troubleshooting technical issues, answering queries, and ensuring user satisfaction.
- Help us to maintain our IT inventory and assist with procurement.
- Provide onsite support for in-office events, meeting room and workspace maintenance, and upgrades.
- Participate in projects that improve the efficiency, quality, and overall user experience with Planet internal IT services.
- Enrolled student in business informatics, computer science or similar program
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and related concepts
- Analytical and efficient way of thinking
- Creative and enjoy organizing and structuring new processes
- Excellent communication skills & energetic and positive mindset
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Self-driven and independent
