What you'll be working on
- Redesigning existing web applications to improve functionality and optimize layout
- Creating design systems and interface standards to maintain consistency
- Defining user interactions and experiences through wireframes, prototypes and specifications
- Conducting user research such as surveys, interviews and usability tests
- Analyzing user needs and business goals to guide design decisions
- Designing intuitive and easy to use interfaces for all digital products
- Developing style guides that outline interface elements and interactions
- Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, design or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in UX design for web applications
- Strong working knowledge of design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch and InVision
- Ability to translate complex information into simple and intuitive visual designs
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
