Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative paid strategies and media plans to achieve client goals.
- Manage ongoing optimization efforts, overseeing daily IO management, campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, and keyword strategies.
- Conduct continuous keyword research, expansion, and optimization.
- Oversee tracking and reporting on campaign results, performing ad hoc data analysis.
- Deep knowledge of performance media practices, particularly in paid search and/or paid social.
- Advanced proficiency in search marketing applications, tools, web analytics, and management software.
- Ability to identify trends and derive key findings through data analysis.
- Strong reporting and analysis skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- 5+ years of experience in paid search and/or paid social.
- Mastery of paid search, paid social, and programmatic display.
- Comfort with both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- A growth mindset, self-motivation, and a thirst for self-education.
- Eagerness to pioneer new techniques and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
