Job Description:

Position: Senior Java/Kotlin Developer
Location: Remote (within Germany)
Language Requirement: Minimum B1 level German proficiency
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java and Kotlin.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices in coding and design.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and ensure code quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process and product quality.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and Kotlin.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in Java and Kotlin, strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies, experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Language: Minimum B1 level proficiency in German.
• Attributes: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, ability to work independently and in a remote team environment, passion for green energy and sustainability.
