- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and remote signing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Genuine interest in helping members through meaningful conversations
- Empathetic and caring nature
- Willingness to make a difference
- Personable and professional demeanor
- Previous experience in a customer service role
