- Utilize claims knowledge and Claims adjudication application to gather and analyze customer information
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and insurance regulations while meeting customer needs
- Analyze and research routine Claims situations, offering alternatives and taking ownership of Claims for resolution
- Interact with customers via telephone
- Strong claims knowledge and knowledge of Claims adjudication application
- Ability to research, gather, and analyze customer information
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- 0-2 years of experience in claims processing or a related field
