What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze and research processed claims to understand denials
• Obtain and submit relevant medical records for appeals or grievances
• Identify additional information needed for claim determination
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve cases
• Determine appeal and grievance reviews required and route to appropriate departments
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience processing medical and/or dental claims
• 1+ years of experience with PCs and Microsoft Office
• Superior customer service and time management skills
