What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, technicians, and project site team members
• Receive and handle service requests via online, email, or calls from residents
• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
• Create work orders, dispatch, and schedule accordingly
• Monitor voicemails and ensure calls are returned promptly
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Extensive customer service or administrative experience
• Experience with property management software like Yardi
• Experience with scheduling/work order service ticket platforms
