- Receive and handle service requests via online, email, or calls from residents
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- Create work orders, dispatch, and schedule accordingly
- Monitor voicemails and ensure calls are returned promptly
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Extensive customer service or administrative experience
- Experience with property management software like Yardi
- Experience with scheduling/work order service ticket platforms
