We are seeking an experienced and driven Partnership Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key strategic partners to drive business growth and achieve shared goals. The Partnership Account Manager is skilled at identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and overseeing the execution of joint initiatives.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full lifecycle of partner relationships, from prospecting and onboarding to ongoing account management and renewals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and be responsible for addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations) to understand client needs and ensure their expectations are met.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and working with clients to expand their usage of our products and services.
  • Monitor client performance and provide regular reporting and insights to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Identify potential issues or risks with clients and proactively address them to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our account management and customer success strategies.



Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in a partnership, account manager or customer success manager in a technology or software company with a proven track record of clients/stakeholders network
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive business decisions
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of CRM and project management tools (e.g. Hubspot, Jira) is a plus.
  • Experience in the technology / professional services industries preferred. Understand DS/AI models and how it can be leveraged across industries
  • Understand solution selling that focuses on identifying and addressing the specific needs, challenges, and goals of clients
