Your mission

We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support all recruitment and employer branding activities. In this role, you will act as a company gatekeeper to ensure only the best talent becomes part of our team.
You will be reporting to our Talent Acquisition Lead and will be in charge of:

• Sourcing (through LinkedIn Recruiter), screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews across all business functions (from finance to marketing to software development);
• Following up the various stages of the selection process (maintaining a two-way relationship of trust and commitment with candidates and hiring managers);
• Preparation and maintenance of documentation related to TA activities (communication templates, job descriptions, technical assessments);
• Managing the HR side of employer branding by creating content for LinkedIn and other social media, proposing and analyzing candidate experience surveys, and participating in internal communication activities.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition (having worked on LinkedIn Recruiter projects);
• Full professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and Italian;
• Previous experience in a product company operating in the Tech industry (ideally a start-up or scale-up) and at least a basic understanding of software development dynamics;
• Costumer-oriented, friendly, synthetic, and straightforward attitude (for building solid relationships with hiring managers and creating connections with candidates, fostering trust, engagement, and commitment with both);
• Strong memory, accuracy, and promptness required to efficiently retain and recall detailed pieces of information.
  
  

Added values

• Knowledge of additional languages (ideally Brazilian Portuguese or German) is more than welcome;
• Fundamentals of Italian and Spanish labor law;
• Experience with cloud storage tools (i.e. Onedrive, Google Cloud), PMs tools (i.e. Asana, Jira), and design tools (i.e. Figma, Canva).
