First things first: you want to know what you’re actually applying for. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:


We are looking for a dynamic Senior Web Manager to join our team! Your expertise will drive the creation of a world-class website spanning multiple countries. Dive into optimizing performance, enhancing user experience, and leading content development. Your strategic approach to testing, analytics, and reporting will be instrumental in achieving revenue and lead volume milestones.

? Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Create and own the strategy for the corporate website, including their role in the wider digital strategy.
  • Lead the management of Mews website ensuring quality content, performance and user experience.
  • Lead a team to build a fully integrated website plan (front-end developer, website content manager and web designer).
  • Collaborate with the CRO manager to optimize website, implementing A/B testing.
  • Own budgeting and forecasting for website, track budget spent, report on metrics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for website-related matters, collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain and enhance site quality.
  • Monitor and report website performance, providing insightful analysis for ongoing improvements.
  • Maintain website governance standards across languages and geographies.
  • Work cross-functionally with our demand gen, creative, product, content, field and digital marketing team to successfully launch campaigns that drive new leads and customer growth.


??? You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing corporate websites, ideally B2B.
  • Expertise in content and digital asset management systems, with adaptability to new technologies.
  • Experience working with global, multi-lingual websites.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a small team in the successful execution of web projects.
  • Good knowledge in Digital Marketing, SEO, accessibility, UX design, analytics, GTM.
  • Coding and Hubspot knowledge would be a bonus.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, developed in a large or complex environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to align and deliver on multiple business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with curiosity and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, plan sprints and releases, and prioritize appropriately.
