Your Title: Regional Channel Sales Manager, EMEA Marine Construction

Job Location: UK or France preferred (remotely), any other location within western European countries can be considered

Are you a motivated sales leader with proven experience in building a successful sales channel? Join our dynamic team as a Regional Channel Sales Manager !

What You Will Do

As a Regional Channel Sales Manager you’ll drive the growth of sales within a designated geographic area through effective planning and goal attainment. Lead diverse distribution channels, cultivating dealer connections for successful product and service sales. Work successfully with the Sales Director, overseeing Sales Account Managers and Technical Sales Engineering resources.

  • Responsible for selling the company's products or services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts
  • Managing and Developing the sales strategy and workflow process with our channel distribution network, helping them to execute plans resulting in an increase of the overall revenue growth
  • Combine data from different sources to identify project opportunities; active pipeline generation
  • Work closely with partner marketing and sales teams to support demand-generation activities and guidelines
  • Analysis of Sales data and other core metrics to inform strategic changes to achieve growth in each region
  • Ensure distributor business health, solvency, quality of end customer service, and operational continuity
  • Create and maintain reporting to measure reseller sales performance for each campaign
  • Collaborate with other Sectors and Divisions that share distribution and geographical regions
  • Exhibit and promote company core values of teamwork; transparency; integrity; respect; and responsible corporate citizenship, and maintain a professional company image at all times

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Technical competencies and Domain experience in marine construction
  • Expertise in GNSS and positioning and GPS and as well as marine construction applications
  • Some years of proven Channel Sales experience, including high-value account management and successful pipeline management ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Data analysis skills and the ability to combine complex data sets into a meaningful and actionable list of targeted customers
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with company leadership, internal teams, and customers to promote an integrated communications approach across the organization
  • Ability to manage various projects with a "roll up the sleeves and get it done" approach; must be able to work independently as well as with a team
  • Strong negotiation, communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize, act decisively, and not be distracted with trivial matters which do not directly affect the business
  • Ability to travel +/-75%, domestically and internationally, with high degree of schedule flexibility
  • Fluent English language skills, other languages are as a plus
  • BS Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or equivalent
