What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage time and effort across hiring projects in a fast-paced remote work environment
• Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, administering technical assessments, and facilitating interviews
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand business requirements and establish recruitment strategies
• Review high volumes of applications/resumes, maintain applicant tracking system, and ensure compliance with EEO guidelines
• Support the business development team by identifying highly qualified candidates for critical positions
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Remote work experience with a proven track record of success
• Ability to navigate recruitment and sourcing tools effectively
