Job Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Courtesy Call Agents. This role involves making daily courtesy calls to customers from the previous day to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily courtesy calls to customers who made purchases or had interactions with our company the previous day.
• Address any questions or concerns the customers may have.
• Document feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
