Do you want to shape the future of telemedicine?

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Tester to ensure the reliability and integration of our Patient Web App.

After your onboarding phase, you will take responsibility for creating, conducting, and evaluating functional user tests.

This ensures that patients can use TeleClinic seamlessly around the clock. You will work closely with our engineering team and product managers to quickly and efficiently resolve bugs and issues, maintaining high patient satisfaction.

Your role with us:

  • Creating test plans for the release preparation of new features for our web app and partner integrations
  • Executing user tests to check the functionality of individual UI elements and the performance of our application
  • Evaluating conducted tests and documenting the results in the form of tickets or testing reports
  • Providing critical feedback on the usability and user experience of our web application
  • Maintaining bug councils/issue councils for our integrations
  • Communicating and prioritizing errors and optimizations together with our product managers
  • Identifying potential for test automation and implementing them

Our requirements for you:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in software testing and/or agile software development
  • Proficiency in common Quality Assurance tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Firebase, Sentry, Datadog)
  • Experience with common methods of manual and automated software testing
  • Experience with no-code/low-code tools is a plus
  • An eye for detail and user experience
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English is a must
  • A self-reliant, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, with strong communication skills to align priorities
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and a strong sense of quality
