GROW WITH US! As a step to strengthen our global market penetration, Lawo is looking for an experienced sales leader to expand and drive the growth and effectiveness of Lawo’s partner network.

Your Key Responsibilities

Using your global market understanding, strong experience and track record in driving partner success, you will work closely with Sales Management, Sales Directors, Marketing and Product Management teams to develop and execute clear sales strategies that deliver aggressive Partner revenue growth over the coming years . You will be the lead commercial stakeholder and strategic driver in the continual development and growth of Lawo’s partner network. This position will be a key member of the Global Sales Heads team and reports to the Global Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Own and drive the overall Global commercial success and revenue growth of Lawo’s Partner Network.
  • Develop and implement a partner channel strategy that maximises global market opportunity.
  • Constantly monitor, measure with KPIs, and report on partner performance on a regular basis. Develop and implement recommendations to influence positive change.
  • Work alongside key stakeholders including Sales, Sales Management, Marketing and Product Lines to improved engagement with, and performance of, the Partner Network.
  • Work closely with Product Management to maximise long term sustained development of Lawo’s value proposition offerings across our global partner channel.
  • Support the sales team to identify, enroll and onboard new partners generating more opportunity and pipeline.
  • Motivate Lawo partners to engage and excel in proactively generating and closing sales opportunities and maintaining excellent customer relationships, communication and support.
  • Utilize internal Marketing resources to proactively engage with partners, organise regular partner-specific events, design and implement initiatives to build attachment and increase partner engagement.
  • Ensure availability and generation of sales and marketing tools and materials to enable partner success.
  • Establish and work closely with key global strategic partners to maximise commercial opportunity and success.
  • Represent the company as the face of the partner programme at suitable industry exhibitions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Relevant Bachelor Degree and/or Work Experience in the media or broadcast market.
  • Proven sales performer with a track record in successful partner management.
  • Self-motivated and structured individual who flourishes in a dynamic and empowering environment.
  • Strong Communication skills that form the basis to build long term relationships both internally and externally .
  • Strong team player who is driven to succeed not only as an individual but as part of a larger group.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit whilst respecting the needs of the company.
  • Available for a significant amount of global travel (50%).
