As the Manager of Procurement Operations at integratedliving, you will be accountable for the engagement, development, performance, and productivity of the procurement operations team. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality services aligned with our goals. You will lead the team to optimise performance and return on investment by driving improvement through collaboration across other teams, leveraging your specialist expertise to inspire innovation and efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and mentor a team of 4 passionate individuals, including facility coordinators and procurement administration officers.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive performance and ROI through optimisation of procurement processes and specialist expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, leveraging your expertise to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes across diverse groups.
  • Utilise your analytical skills to drive innovation and achieve improved business outcomes.



Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in procurement operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
  • Experience with Procure to Pay and Source to Contract Platforms desirable.
