About You

As our People Support Coordinator, you’ll bring your experience and working knowledge in contemporary HR practices, ability to prioritise competing demands and strong attention to detail to an organisation that values accountability and trust. Your proven ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, along with your strong focus on customer service delivery, will ensure you successfully provide a full range of coordination services to the People & Capability team, operational leaders and employees. To thrive in this role, you’ll also have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or Law.
  • Knowledge and experience in similar role with working knowledge of contemporary HR practices.
  • Be highly organised with an outstanding attention to detail with the ability to delivery high volume of work with minimal errors.


About The Opportunity

Reporting to the People & Capability Advisory Lead, you’ll deliver and oversee accurate and timely Coordinator support services to all managers/employees and the People & Capability team across the whole employment lifecycle. These will range from commencement of employment activities including recruitment processes, drafting employment agreements, entering new employee information on HRIS, provision and processing information for payroll, onboarding, training & development, coordinating/checking variations to agreements, position changes and updating position descriptions, to facilitating and reporting on exit interviews. In addition, you’ll:

  • Monitor, triage, and action People Support queries and inbox, ensuring provision of accurate and timely information.
  • Ensure compliance with employee and payroll information/data on various People & Capability operating systems, including HRIS, Learning Hub, Intranet and Records Management systems.
  • Track significant dates and complete relevant documentation: probation; end contracts; secondments; higher duties and extended leave.
  • Support the delivery of People & Capability projects and continuous improvement activities.
