Manufacturing Engineer II chez BioPharma Consulting JAD Group

Description

Keep production running and improving at a regulated manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas. You will be the go-to engineer for the manufacturing lines: troubleshooting, process improvements, and quality and compliance support.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing lines, including equipment and process troubleshooting.
• Identify and implement improvements to yield, efficiency and product quality.
• Support nonconformances, investigations, root cause analysis and CAPAs.
• Author manufacturing procedures, work instructions and technical documentation.
• Support change controls, equipment qualification and process validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Biomedical or related).
• Manufacturing engineering in a regulated environment (medical device, pharmaceutical or similar) preferred.
• GMP/quality systems, validation and change control.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
