Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Provide detailed assistance with order processing, returns, and refunds for a seamless customer experience.
  • Address inquiries about product specifications, shipping options, and payment methods.
  • Resolve complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate with other teams such as logistics and marketing to enhance overall service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
