Position Overview:
As a Day Guest Service Representative, you will be the welcoming face of Tricoci University, ensuring that students and guests receive exceptional service during their daytime visits. Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive atmosphere and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and students in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the facility.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, providing detailed information about our programs and services.
  • Schedule appointments for beauty services and academic consultations, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and appointments.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with prompt and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient operation during the day.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as necessary to support university operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or guest relations is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse audience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Availability for daytime hours, typically Monday through Friday.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $14.00 and $15.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
