Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales and marketing activities of an area to achieve revenue goals.
- Provide guidance to retail partners within an assigned territory.
- Develop new sales techniques for business growth.
- Identify, develop and grow customer accounts in the designated region.
- Oversee local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
- Track and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Advise distributors and retail partners on policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- Drive business growth through developing new customer relationships and expanding business with existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships with a team of supervisors, managers, administrative staff, to promote a highly responsive teamwork that meets the service levels of our clients.
- Develop key account relationships.
- Provide insight on market trends and opportunities.
- Ensure all customer service issues are resolved.
- Advises retailers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
- Analyzes sales statistics to formulate direction and assist distribution channels in promoting sales.
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and develops sales campaigns.
- Represents company at industry association meetings and trade shows.
- Acts as liaison between sales, other departments and distribution network.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.
- Participates in product research and development.
Qualifcations:
- Bachelors in Business, Sales, Marketing or relevant, related degree preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in management, sales, account management or similar discipline.
- Ability to travel on a monthly basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including being able to prepare presentation materials and present the information one-on-one and in a group.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Successful customer-facing experience in sales situations.
