Description
UCFS is looking for candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others! We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hr) Patient Access Manager to oversee and optimize the wide range of activities within the front end including pre-registration, registration, scheduling, insurance verification, sliding fee program, point of service collections, and general inquiries across all sites. The Patient Access Manager will lead, mentor, and supervise the patient access teams while assuming responsibility for the overall operational, financial, and administrative performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in FQHC regulations, best practices in front end revenue cycle management processes, and a passion for community health. This role collaborates with other RCM Management to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
