Position Overview: The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst supports the Program Management and Data Analysis (PMDA) Support Services for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). This role will work to transform complex data into actionable insights to support CBP’s mission.

 

Must have Top Secret Clearance or SCI Eligibility

Telework: May be authorized if approved by the COR/ACOR or APM.


Anticipated Start Date: 09/30/2025


Position Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain BI dashboards and tools
  • Analyze trends and performance indicators
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 7 years of specialized experience; or 9 years of general experience
  • Expertise in BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with federal data systems
  • Strong communication and visualization skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Familiarity with DHS or CBP preferred
