Currently, we are seeking qualified applicants for the position of Behavioral Specialist or our Clarke County Center.  We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Behavioral Specialist to join our team.   The Behavioral Specialist provides direct mentoring and modeling services to classroom staff on effective and responsive classroom management strategies to support the individual needs of children.  Collaborates with supervisors to ensure ongoing professional opportunities for staff.  Provides regular and ongoing feedback to staff. Utilizes a team approach to work.  A minimum of an AAS degree in early childhood and prior classroom experience required.
