A day in the life:
- This position is responsible for overseeing the development of web projects from the inception stage to the live online deployment thereof, collaborating with stakeholders on the scope of web-based projects, leading teams in the development of web products, and preparing project status reports.
Responsibilities:
- Consults with internal stakeholders to determine the website's desired appearance and functionalities.
- Conceptualizes the website design process and leading the IT development team.
- Develops user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces, performs SEO procedures, Integrates images, embedding videos, and adds plugins.
- Troubleshoots and tests prototypes, as well as monitoring the live deployment of the product.
- Performs Common Gateway Interface (CGI) and codes checks to optimize website performance.
- Prepares project progress updates for senior executives and performs website demonstrations.
- Keeps abreast of developments and trends in website design.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-4 years of Agency experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in managing website development and design projects.
- Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design and UX.
- Knowledge of Wordpress and Shopify.
- Basic understanding of Web Based language Java, HTML, or PHP preferred.
- Exceptional ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working with teams of 10 or more.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Owe website projects valued at $50k-$75k.
- 10% Client Resign Rate (from development project into marketing).
- Range of number of accounts 6-8+ ( depending on scope of work).

- Project Timeline Accuracy & Management.
- Team Bandwidth Management.
- Web Development Deliverable Strategy & Execution.
