The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for the nutrition screening, assessment, monitoring, evaluation, and education of Cardiac rehab patients through an integrated approach to nutrition care.
This position will work Monday, Tuesday and every third Wednesday: CATR Cardiac Rehab.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: Curtis Cardiac Rehab

PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE NUTRITION CARE OF PATIENTS ACCORDING TO POLICIES & PROCEDURES

ACTIVELY PROVIDES NUTRITION SUPPORT THROUGH ASSESSMENT, DEVELOPMENT OF A NUTRITION CARE PLAN, CONDUCTION OF LIVE COOKING COURSES AND NUTRITION WORKSHOPS
|
PROVIDES NUTRITION CARE OF PATIENTS ACCORDING TO REGULATORY BODIES SUCH AS JCAHO, IDPH, CARF, ETC. AND CURRENT TRENDS AND KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED ANNUALLY
|
PROVIDES NUTRITION EDUCATION TO PATIENTS, FAMILIES, COMMUNITY EVENTS, STAFF GROUPS, ETC.

Salary Range:The compensation range for this position is $23.52per hour - $39.28per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
