Graphic Designer/Digital Specialist Student Co-op at Brothers Bar and Grill

College Student Co-op Opportunity - Brothers Bar & Grill is looking has an opening for a part time graphic designer/digital specialist through the 2025/26 school year at our office in downtown La Crosse. This is a hourly paid position working approximately 10 hours/week now through Spring Term 2026. The graphic designer/digital specialist will join a small team marketing team helping in the creative design of point of sale, social media and local store marketing materials. 

Requirements

Creativity

- Able to demonstrate a strong creative discipline around the design of artful, impactful print and digital media.

- Produce creative your proud of under relatively short timelines. 

- Good attention to detail.    

Creative Tools

- Complete comfort around a Mac-based environment.   

- Fluency in Photoshop,   Illustrator, InDesign. Some Video editing capability (Premiere Pro, After Effects works for us).   

- Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.    

Print & Digital Media   

- Manage production process of various projects in coordination with commercial printers.   

- Proficient knowledge and use of social media and marketing technologies.

- Assist in management of social/digital media buying around local markets.   

- Multi-tasking projects, timelines, coordinated efforts and day-to-day demands.   

Requirements: 

0-3 years of related experience.   

- Must be able to work in fast paced, deadline oriented atmosphere

- Willingness to collaborate and accept direction, but also self-motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision, good, honest work ethic.

- Egoists, haters and drama stars need not apply. From top to bottom of this company, none of that here.
