Accounting Clerk at University of Oklahoma

Performing routine clerical and accounting tasks following established standards.

• Serve customers by posting payments and sending electronic receipts in a timely manner. 
• Open, route, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail. 
• Maintains filing systems and accounting records. 
• Coordinate application/return of overpayments. 
• Assist in identification of paper checks.
• Assist with Cash Receipt approvals in Peoplesoft.
• Preforms various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
