REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration or Related Field • CPA License and/or CASBO CBO Certification preferred • Possession of a valid California Driver’s License • Knowledge of principles and procedures involved in public school finance, GAAP and GASB • Knowledge or background in Facilities and Bond Management preferred • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with others in the performance of required duties; communicate clearly (oral and written); supervise staff
