Position Summary: Responsible for completion of accurate and timely invoicing while meeting department deadlines. Able to work with other team members to achieve department and company goals. Able to multi-task, manage time efficiently and be flexible to the changing demands of the business.
Location: Louisville, KY Corporate HQ
Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Results
Process invoices daily by 4:00PM
Delivery of invoices to clients via various methods including email and 3rd party client portal entry
Investigate and resolve issues by working with Sales Teams, Project Managers and Other Departments
Work according to detailed SOP’s with periodic supervision
Must be able to work in a high-volume environment
Collaborate with other invoicing specialists and managers to ensure deadlines are met
Other Duties:
Ability to create and update customer and internal reports
Issue correcting transactions including credit memo and rebill invoices
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm
Required overtime during month end close process
Competency Requirements
Ability to work without supervision
Detail oriented
Problem solving skills
Proficient with all MS Office products – Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams required
Prior invoicing experience is a plus
Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 2-year degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years general office experience is required
Intermediate or advanced MS Excel skills preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $21-$22 per hour. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
