Are you a detail-oriented professional who desires to support others in all digital communications? In this role, you will provide a wide range of support, including explaining services, responding to problems, offering services and products, and communicating any situation involving digital services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will assist members and personnel with their telephone requests by answering questions and resolving problems pertaining to digital services that are within your authority to resolve. You will refer problems that are beyond your authority to the next-level supervisor, along with their recommendations.
- You will schedule, train, and monitor the work of Contact Center Representatives to improve overall performance measurements.
- You will evaluate employee attendance, performance metrics, and LEAD to assist with completing annual reviews.
- You will identify and take action to improve the department's operating methods and procedures.
- You are responsible for ensuring that member account information is properly recorded on the computer system and all paper documents are filed appropriately. Ensure that member information is consistently up to date with minimal errors.
- You can expect to perform other related duties as assigned.
What you bring to the team:
Experience: At least three years of similar or related experience in customer service, data entry, record maintenance, and supervising
