A Catering Cook is responsible for preparing food and beverage items for guests by following recipe specifications while utilizing proper preparation and sanitation guidelines.
Responsibilities:Proper set up of assigned stations
Keep workstation clean, organized, stocked, safe and sanitized
Ensure kitchen area and equipment are in good condition
Attentive and detail oriented; work as a team player
Ability to perform basic cooking functions including carving, slicing, mixing, heating, and preparing pre-processed items including baked goods
Minimum of one to two years culinary experience preferred
Ability to read and understand recipe specifications
Minimum age requirement is 18
