The Supply Chain function is essential to Tropicana Brand Group’s success by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. By improving warehouse operations, optimizing transportation routes, and refining inventory management practices, the team plays a critical role in streamlining processes. Collaborating with other departments to align strategies, the Supply Chain team ensures that Tropicana meets customer demands while maintaining a high standard of performance and cost-effectiveness. Through their efforts, they contribute to both short-term achievements and long-term growth.

Your Next Pour: The Opportunity

We are looking to add a Senior Manager to our Health, Safety, and Environmental team. This role will be responsible for leading with a purpose, oversee the development and implementation of scalable EHS programs tailored to our people, processes, and regional needs. Focus on simplicity, adoption, and continuous improvement over complexity. Champion a culture of preparedness—leading the design and execution of emergency plans relevant to Florida-specific challenges (hurricanes, flooding, high heat, etc.). Ensure teams are trained and resilient. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Lead with Purpose: Drive the EHS vision and culture across sites, ensuring that safety, health, and environmental stewardship are seen as shared values, not just obligations. Influence behaviors through leadership, coaching, and visibility.
  • Build and Scale Systems That Work
  • Oversee the development and implementation of scalable EHS programs tailored to our people, processes, and regional needs. Focus on simplicity, adoption, and continuous improvement over complexity.
  • Partner to Influence Change: Work closely with Operations, HR, Facilities, and other leaders to embed EHS practices into planning, onboarding, training, and performance. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on safety strategy, employee engagement, and environmental risk.
  • Grow EHS Leadership at All Levels: Design and lead programs that build safety leadership from the front lines up. Equip managers with the tools and confidence to own EHS outcomes in their areas. Promote proactive risk identification and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Foster Regulatory Readiness, Not Just Compliance: Maintain a strong understanding of Florida and federal EHS regulations. Ensure the organization is always ready for external engagement (FDEP, OSHA, EPA) by keeping systems audit-ready and teams well-informed—without relying on fear-based enforcement.
  • Prepare for the Unexpected: Champion a culture of preparedness—leading the design and execution of emergency plans relevant to Florida-specific challenges (hurricanes, flooding, high heat, etc.). Ensure teams are trained and resilient.
  • Support Sustainability Goals: Collaborate with internal and external partners on initiatives that drive environmental and community impact—such as waste reduction, resource conservation, or climate readiness—aligned with our broader ESG strategy.
  • Drive Performance Through Insights: Use data, storytelling, and strategic KPIs to communicate progress, build buy-in, and prioritize efforts. Focus on leading indicators and culture metrics as much as lagging incident data.
  • Champion a Culture of Safety & Accountability: Foster a workplace culture where safety is deeply embedded in daily routines and decision-making at every level. Hold leaders and teams accountable not just for compliance, but for actively caring for each other’s well-being.
  • Drive Business-Aligned EHS Performance: Ensure EHS programs support operational excellence, productivity, and employee engagement—not just regulatory compliance. Position safety and sustainability as competitive advantages for the business.
  • Engage and Empower Teams: Lead with influence to inspire ownership of EHS responsibilities across departments.



The Perfect Blend: Experience

  • 7–10 years of progressive EHS leadership in a multi-site environment, preferably in a Manufacturing industry.
  • Able to lead through influence and coach leaders at all levels
  • Skilled at translating complex ideas into actionable messages. Able to listen, engage, and build trust across diverse teams.
  • Comfortable balancing long-term vision with short-term action. Able to prioritize across multiple needs
  • CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager), or similar preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across all levels of an organization. Skilled at coaching leaders, building consensus, and creating alignment across operations, HR, facilities, and other cross-functional partners.

Foundational Ingredients: Requirements

  • 7–10 years of progressive EHS leadership in a multi-site environment, preferably in a Manufacturing industry.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future  
  • Must be located in Bradenton, FL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
  • Willingness to be onsite daily in the Tropicana manufacturing plant in Bradenton, FL
